Personally, I'd rather have a slightly curt, serious, focused individual doing my surgery, then someone with a fabulous bedside manner , that is less skilled in the OR. Have a couple of surgeries with him, youll be sold. All he cares about is medicine, surgery, & doing his job inpecably.
He is a very talented and intelegent surgeon. He appears not to have a friendly personality, however he is a very companionate man . I have been his patient, and I have worked with him. I can pick anyone and I pick him. So does my whole family. A credit to his profession and an assist to Heywood.
Dr. Krasowski treated my father after he was diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer several years ago. He successfully removed an extremely complex tumor that grown into the muscles in my father's arm and shoulder area which caused him excruciating pain. Having once worked at Heywood Hospital I was well aware of the great respect he has among he colleagues both locally and in Worcester and Boston. His competency and qualifications are well suited for the larger hospitals, but he enjoys living in this region.
Extremely rude and dismissive of my symptoms. I was told to, "learn to deal with it," before being ushered out of the office. He may be a great surgeon, but I have never been treated so rudely.
