I had the unfortunate displeasure of contracting a serious infection after having simple rotator cuff surgery. Because of the nature of the bacteria, Dr Gianakopoulos was brought on to my care team. He is an excellent physician who shows compassion and truly cares. After many months of antibiotic therapy, my infection was cured and I was able to undergo reverse shoulder replacement surgery.
