Tim was my great sales guy! He listened to my needs and helped me understand all the fancy stuff with my new Tacoma TRD Sport. I had gone into the city and was treated very dismissively. Should have known our valley people are the best!

We’re tourists whose car developed a concerning noise. Once we explained the situation to Rae-Anne (sp?), service advisor, she promptly came out to check our vehicle. She retorqued our tires then got right down on the ground and checked underneath. She discovered the problem which could be repaired at a later date, which was a relief. We appreciate her kindness and expertise.

Tim Chevalier was courteous, honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He made sure that I got what I needed, provided me with a complete walkthrough of my RAV4 at the delivery, and never pushed any think I did not want. Tim will be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a Toyota vehicle.
