Have been servicing my prius here for at least the last 5 years. Service is declining and the fee schedule is growing ridiculous. Today - brought my prius in because it no longer has a lock chime, and creates a loud whirring while driving. 3 hours and $300 dollars later and neither are fixed - nor are both issues fully diagnosed - and I am encouraged to book an $800 followup as soon as possible....... i came in hoping my driving issue would be resolved - and left three hours later with that issue remaining. Just picked up my new Tundra Limited trd off road in mudbath . Rare colour and George Jackson fought and managed to get me one in less than 3 months . Started with Kevin finished with Tim . From start to finish they were honest , easy to deal with and brought a small town family feel . I visited a few dealerships in the city and honestly was very disappointed and started to wonder if this was a Toyota trend . These guys were completely different and great to deal with and local . I just wanted to send a big thank you out to the whole team. Today I had a bird flying in front of my car while driving and it ended up in my grill. I’m not from around here, but I drove immediately to the nearest Toyota dealership and they were absolutely amazing. They got the bird out and I found out there was little to no damage to my car. Thanks again for being absolutely amazing and understanding team. I appreciated everything you did for me probably more than I could ever explain in words.
Our 2021 Corolla hybrid needed a quick scan and to have some electronic codes cleared/ incessant beeping cleared after my husband changed the front rotors and pads. Tanya at the service desk was amazing and did her best to have someone do this but the service manager refused to talk to me or even look at the vehicle/ codes that were flashing on my screen. Rated 5 stars only because there aren't more to give. Rayanne went above and beyond for me on a day that her kind of thoughtfulness and care meant more than anything. She not only looked after my car, a Corolla Cross (which carries my most precious cargo), she looked after *me*. I was given good advice on maintaining my car, as well as instructions on how to plan for future service including winter tires and storage.
