I’m very impressed with this company. We lost water at 5am and my dad is 90 so he needs water. I called them 3.5 hours before they opened and a nice woman called me back 2 hours later. Sent the plumber out 30 mins before they opened. He figured our jet well pump was burnt up pretty quickly and gave us a quote. He was back within 20 minutes with a new pump and it took him less than 2 hours to swap it out. So all in all, we had water again within 2.5 hours of him arriving. Made an appointment. Was told 9:30. Around noon called to confirm I was on the schedule. Was told he’s got a job ahead of you but yes you are. That was weeks ago. Never showed up, never called me, never responded to voicemail or fb message. Took time off to make sure I was home.
They're great, We always try to stay local and I am glad that we did. Steve was so nice and was in and out in about 30 minutes for the installation. I think that I may have convince him to make purchase for his family. Thank You GJP, LLC
I do not recommend this place. Bunch of liars. I had an appointment at 9am. Its now 4pm and no one ever showed. I called 3 times. First 2 times I called (10am and 12pm) the girl that answered the phone told me let her get ahold of him and Ill let you know what is going on. She never called me back to update me on anything.
