We have been trying to get hold of him for 45 days and he never responds. We paid the service fee and are now waiting on the part.
Called on a Monday morning and they had an availability on Monday afternoon took about an hour to install a new faucet the price was reasonable compared to some other places I called.
Quick, responsive and excellent job.
