Dr. Kaptain is a compassionate and attentive physician who takes the time to listen and explain without rushing. He has an approachable, reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease. I transitioned to his care due to insurance changes and I’m grateful to have him as my doctor moving forward.
Staff was courteous and attentive, waiting room was clean and nice, Dr . Kaptain was very warm and professional. He put my mind at ease. I had a wonderful experience at my appointment.
