The whole office lacks in professionalism and exudes laziness in their practice. The doctor will allow patients to make their own diagnosis if he doesn’t see enough monetary benefit in seeing that patient. Two times with two different patients I’ve observed this doctor ask a patient what they think and both times he agrees with that patients diagnosis after one visit. Worst experience I've ever had at a Physicians "office". After being diagnosed with ADHD since the second grade, I was denied my adderall prescription for whatever reason, I do not know because they did not tell me. And if that wasn't enough to upset me, they charged me THREE times the amount I was supposed to be charged, and when confronted, they took 4 months to mail me my refund check and made a horrible fuss about it. Horrible horrible horrible. Staff is absolutely incompetent, rude, blatant liars. Charged more than double copay, TWICE, still have not reimbursed what was overcharged (should have been one $12 copay, but was charged $50 instead). It has been almost 7 months, and no resolution. Only excuses. Choose a different provider.
