Do not use! Terrible experience
As a party to a recent (large) real estate transaction, I encountered significant concerns with this firm’s handling of escrow disbursement. The transaction in question involved the sale of real property, in which the firm served as the seller’s attorney and escrow agent. All parties fulfilled their obligations in a timely manner: the buyers executed closing documents in the morning, and buyers proceeds were deposited into the firm’s escrow account concurrent with the recording of the deed by approximately noon.
