BEWARE: where do I start.. - this “law firm” has basically taken our EMD / kept persistent communication till they received our deposit. - haven’t received a single update on my closings/ risking our business - emailed the entire law firm , every single attorney and NO response - calls NEVER get answered / emails as stated NOT a single word back from anyone. Neither branches answer NC / SC - saw a report of the firm mishandling funds. Wish I could give 0 stars. Please beware
Two weeks after closing and I have yet to receive funds from selling my home
I currently have a Seller under contract and this is the firm the Buyer selected to do their closing. They by far, in my 36 years in the industry have been thee absolute WORST closing attorney I have ever dealt with! Their paralegal continuously requests the same information over and over again. They are rude, disrespectful and extremely insulting. Please make a better choice and go absolutely anywhere but here!
This person hit it spot on "Terrible communication, unprofessional, no accountability with their staff." We had to extend close by 3 weeks due to title not being able to do their job. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
