The front desk doesn't actively listen nor clearly communicate. I expressed specifically what was wrong with Octavia's blue glasses but was continued to ask if I overtightened the problematic screw different ways. Dr. Green came with a solution like a superhero. Apparently you're not supposed to try on the glasses around the perimeter but rather stay seated and be helped. This wasn't expressed rather we were told to sit like Montessori children.
