I’ve been a patient of the Gray family for many years, first with Dr. Gray’s father and now with Dr. Gray, III. The care has always been exceptional, and since the practice became MDVIP, the experience has been even better. Being able to call or text Dr. Gray and receive a prompt response is invaluable. My wife is also a patient, and when she needed assistance with her medication, Dr. Gray, III answered the phone himself and immediately called in her prescription. I would give it a 0 stars if I could! Not only is their office staff rude and it takes forever to get a return call,( if you even get one), but you have to physically go their to get their attention or get refills! Now they want 2,500 up front for some " wellness program" and will no longer take insurance! So now I have to find a new doctor! I was willing to put up with the worst office staff I have ever encountered just because the doctors are awesome! But only the loaded have 2,500 to put on possible medical stuff!! I feel... read more
The dr's and office are always very helpful. The Dr always takes the time to talk and explain everything. Very caring.
Dr. Gray is excellent! I have been using him since I moved to Vero Beach in 2017. The office staff is challenging but since they got the email system I received a response within 24 hours!
Waited two hours to see doctor. When I asked why such a wait….Dr. Gray said that if that is a problem, I can get another doctor! I did!
