The day our parked car was hit by a woman who wouldn't give us her insurance information was BLEAK until we came to Beth Critchfield at George Gee CDA Collision Center! She quickly reassured us, photographed the damage and began an estimate of costs. We were able to get our car in for repairs within days during the busy holiday season. Beth is a pro and very knowledgeable. We would recommend the Collision Center without reservation!
Sadly I missed the timeframe for completing the satisfaction survey right after my service so I'm leaving a review in hopes this gets to right people. I was out picking up medicine for my chemotherapy and someone backed into my car. This was the last thing I needed to deal with at this time in my life. I brought my car in for then to take a look and Beth completely took charge. She was so friendly and kind and knew completely what she was doing. Whoopee, wowza, exceptional service!!! Jumbo thanks to Beth, Bennie and Matt, Mike too, for hanging onto my purse I left behind. I stopped in with an odd request to help me put back my door panel. I had removed door panel & replaced the passenger side mirror then I couldn't get the panel back on securely. Beth got Benny and they both took off on Prius to the back and Beth returned less than 10 mins later with panel and mirror cover secured.
