When I called to make my payment this month, I was informed in a cold tone of voice that my insurance had gone up from $55.00/mo to $100.00/mo. I was also told in the same apathetic voice that I could drive the 340 miles roundtrip to the Albuquerque office to discuss other options, but nothing could be done over the phone. Her indifference to my frustration regarding a 50% rate increase added insult to injury. I will gladly find another company, preferably with employees who have a nicer bedside manner.
