After several years of tolerating repeatedly calling and waiting for responses without results, poor follow up, lack of professionalism and an intolerant staff, I finally sought primary care elsewhere. To my amazement, the contrast was so revealing of how extremely neglectful this practice is and was. I am grateful to God I finally changed and now am receiving wonderful care.
My sister has been Dr Boctor’s patient for 5 years He has been her angel. I have in Florida not found a dr like Dr Boctor. He is caring ,professional,always immediately responds to my calls. My sister had a very complex medical history and Dr Boctor and the specialist of his choosing have kept her well for 5 years. And not without many of challenges. DON'T EVER COME TO THIS DOCTOR EVER EVER!!!!! First able, the front desk is the worst, I mean THE WORST, the "receptionists" (DELFINA & Jazmin or Yazmin) or i don't know how to call these people, they are very rude, disrespectful and don't care about patients needs. I called to ask for a specialist and these "nurses" if i can call them nurses (because the way they treat their patients are not good at all, don't know why they are working if they don't treat people the right way, they should stay home and hire someone who real... read more
