Amazing doctor that doesn't make you feel like a number. He actually takes the time to really listen and understand the patient.
He has been treating my lumbar and cervical issues for nine years he is fabulous! Lately I have had a problem with his office staff I don’t know if they are new but they don’t put in for procedures with insurance companies very hard to reach don’t return patients calls I may see him at the east side location in Mayfield but he is a great doctor
I have had numerous issues with back and neck injuries over the last 45 years and always have been fortunate enough to be treated by some of most well respected medical professionals in the world. Called to make a follow-up appointment on a Monday and didn't get a call back until Thursday - very unprofessional and discourteous. Will be looking for another doctor whose staff will return calls!!
Very very very frustrating. I have been calling every locations he's been at for over a year and I have yet to get a call or response back. I was referred to him plenty of times but everytime I call to schedule an appointment, the phone constantly rings and goes to voicemail or it'll hang up. I've been trying to get an RFA done since January 2024. I'm not understanding why keep getting referred to him if they never answer the phone.
