Called to make a follow-up appointment on a Monday and didn't get a call back until Thursday - very unprofessional and discourteous. Will be looking for another doctor whose staff will return calls!!
Very very very frustrating. I have been calling every locations he's been at for over a year and I have yet to get a call or response back. I was referred to him plenty of times but everytime I call to schedule an appointment, the phone constantly rings and goes to voicemail or it'll hang up. I've been trying to get an RFA done since January 2024. I'm not understanding why keep getting referred to him if they never answer the phone.
I first met Dr. Friedhoff about five and a half years ago at St. Vincent, where he treated me until I went into surgery. Recently, I experienced an L4-L5 herniation in my lower back, and once again, Dr. Friedhoff has been treating me with great success.
