One star because he's getting to old. He doesn't read about the patient before he enters the room. My husband had a really bad stroke, he luckily survived, partially caused by untreated high BP. DR F is his doctor. Put him on meds. They didn't work. Upped them, they didn't work, ok maybe it's time to add or try something different. He didn't. My husband gave up. Thought that's just how it was now. Then he had a stroke. When he got out he had a follow up with Dr F. Who didn't read the paperwork at all. Thought he had a seizur... read more

Very friendly and caring, treats you as if he was a good friend! Doctor "Fo" is often seen walking to his office on a daily basis He truly practices what he preaches. Few Doctors like him left!

I saw Dr. "Fo" for the second time yesterday. He's the most understanding and compassionate Dr. I've seen since I was a child. He spends the time with his patients THEY need and looks at the whole patient, not just the symptom or his specific role in treatment. I never want to see another Doc. but him! Honesty, compassion and integrity; like doctors used to be!
