I have had 3 cerclage pregnancies prior to my current cerclage. My first cerclage was a single Mcdonald, birth at 25 weeks due to PPROM. My second was a Shirodkar cerclage, active labor at 25 weeks resulting in birth at 26 weeks. My third cerclage was another singular Mcdonald that was removed at 32 weeks due to severe pain (pain lasted the entire time it was in) and advanced dilation (3cm through the stitch). Our family could not be happier with the care we received from George Guirguis with Life's Journey. We have had a few rough years prior to our care with Dr.Guirgus suffering both a miscarriage and a still born son. Dr.Guirgus went the extra mile for us, not even knowing us back in November of 2022.
