Hello, the clinic is very clean, the staff is very friendly, I am satisfied with the service provided.
Clinical staff is amazing. Receptionist are very rude and not helpful at all. They have entered my name wrong, and are then blaming me for filling out the form wrong. If you can’t understand the handwriting then refer the official documents that we submit. Instead of blaming, we should focus on the solution.
