I’m so upset!!! I ordered and paid for my wife’s marker over 10 months ago and still nothing!.. the person that works up there never returns my phone calls or text messages… And when she does, it’s all empty lies!… I urge people to never use George E. Hoare Memorial Co. Inc on Franklin St. in Elmira, NY…. I wish I’ve read the reviews before I even went through this place!
All they do is lie. It has been over 3 months since we ordered stone and nothing. We have hired a lawyer
Bought a stone for my mom a year ago and nothing since. Called the number lister and got a 79 yr old man creating the stones and told 6 months or more he is one man. I totally understood and explained I never received what the stone would look like to ok it. He Replied I have your order..... Still no idea if my mom has a stone 4/27/23 She will be gone 2 years May 5th
Tried multiple times over months to get a memorial done for my mother. Despite repeated assurances they would call back i they have not. Would give it a zero score if I could.
