Dr. DePhillips performed emergency surgery on my father for a large brain bleed. He and his staff have been wonderful. Dr. DePhillips was patient and kind prior to surgery and after. Never felt rushed during follow up appointments. Grateful to Dr. DePhillips and his staff for all they have done.
Waited well over a month for an appointment. Within 24 hours they canceled my appointment because the potential of a couple inches of snow. We live in the North, it snows! Then they wanted to reschedule 2 more months from now. Unacceptable in my book.
Dr DePhillips is about to perform another surgery on me, this time on my lumbosacral spinal area instead of the cervical spine. He has always been frank with me and given me all possible complications. He talked to me about my symptoms before going to the medical imaging results, then went through the images without reading the radiology report. He makes his judgment on what he sees in the images.
