They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. Dr Costa and his staff are AWESOME. In fact, he is such a wonderful doctor that when I moved from the area a few years back, I did NOT switch doctors. I drive 45 minutes, one way, to see him for my health care needs. The appointments are easy to make, and there is very little waiting after check in. The office is bright and clean with lots of reading materials. Bathroom is always fresh and clean as well.
