Terrible Lawyer. I had the unpleasant experiense of dealing with Arthur. This person treats you like you were a criminal. Always correcting you in a defensive way. Never follows up. When you call him back. He replies with a bad attitude that he never said that he will call me back plus he has other cases. Also mentioned that I should be carefull how I choose my words. I found myself in foreclosure after my association forced special assessment that didnt make any sense, failed to credit payments properly, and added fees that was clearly not my obliglication. Come to find out later, it wasnt allowed under our rules. Before Mr. George David got involved, I kept getting letters and threats, and then got served with foreclosure after my association filed a lien on my property!
