Agency does not want to take payments, never heard of this as an agency, I was told I have high expectations. Difficult to get help with a quote as well. I hope I never have to make a claim!

Poor service, no follow up. They also can't properly find the best deal; I got more coverage at a lower price from a different agent. Insurance company was pulling out of NC, they knew a month ago and just sent me one email. I didn't catch that email, so didn't know in time. They never even called after I told them their emails were going to spam. They've previously flat out lied to me, told me that they never receive policy cancellation letters.
