I had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon, where all my toilets were backed up. Bob came out and took care of the problem very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. It is hard to find such a reliable company. I highly recommend them.
Today a technician by the name of Craig came to service our septic system. Initially he did a terrific job and allowed me to watch and learn. He was prompt and professional . About 40 minutes after he left he returned and said that upon reviewing past service & the county schematics of our system that 2 additional tanks needed attention. He performed the necessary service and left. I was impressed with his experience, commitment and ethics to return and finish the job. Thank you Craig! I had a blocked pipe and the owner Brendan Leary came out on Christmas Eve to fix it!!!! He had to get creative and thru his efforts he was able to get it unclogged and I am back up and running. I can't say enough great things about the experience. He showed up quickly and wouldn't leave until he got it fixed!!! He is the ultimate professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!
I wish I could give 20 stars! Great customer service and honest company to work with. Brendan was amazing and went above and beyond to help us.
