Phenomenal crew all around. From the receptists to the ones at the house doing the work. They dug out my frozen septic tank lid in this cold snap we have and fixed a baffle in the tank. These guys really know how to deal with shit, if you know what im saying

Edit update as of this morning: I called to confirm cap was replaced as the gentleman I spoke with said it would be yesterday, I was in the office and not sure it had been done. A simple - Yes, it was and some form of notification would have been professional. Instead MANDY proceeded to grill and question me "did you not call yesterday?" "were you not home to see?" etc etc. Just say "yes it was replaced"......... I will never use this company again, due to the unprofessional manner of the front office woman. We use their porta potties at the commercial property I manage. They are cleaned on a regular schedule, and reasonably priced. We have been very happy with the service provided.
