Absolute worst if you come in on E and have to pick up luggage. A long long long walk
Cat Cora's Kitchen has great Mediterranean food (even for an airport) and people watching scene - worth the trip if you have a layover
If the TSA line for terminal B is too long, go downstairs get the tram to terminal A and then use the tram inside a lot faster!!

Use the facilities before getting in line for the very long immigration lines or arrive early
Pay attention to the flight screen....had me looking for D83...which does not exist.
If you like secondhand smoke hang out in the women's restroom across from gate c31, you'll get your buzz!
