Good atention...
Dedicated ESTA terminals at immigration, which means that those eligible could get through immigration within 10 minutes (I did). Also, United/ANA check baggage through for international transit!
Expect long lines with lots of staff not doing anything. All the standard overpriced, crappy airport food options are available
