There's not arrivals at terminal D! Just go straight to terminal E
Carts abound, and they wont let you be ignorant to their prescence. You will hear them shout "Cart!" About 45 times even if your layover is 15 mins or less
If you want the quickest exit, tell your arriving partner(s) to get to terminal b that way you all can just leave and get to i45 or beltway8 with ease. d;)
