I just can't fly Continental anymore. Between not knowing how to use a jetway and delaying my flights...American just earned 20 more flights for 2012 just from my flight time.
If they lose your bag don't bother asking for help. "It takes up to four hours to find it." Or you can search yourself and find it in 40 minutes.
Dirty, smelly, crowded & no free WiFi.

Rude flight attendants on U.S airways but the pilot and the check in people were super friendly
terrible logistics... but one of the cart drivers inside the airport was very nice and super helpful. if it werent for him, i would have missed my flight.
