Shuttle drop off is at the baggage claim lower level. Take the elevator or escalator up to checkin/security.

IAH is enormous but doesn't have slidewalks. Weird choice.
What an embarrassment of an airport. Everything is dirty and poorly maintained. They keep running out of rental cars and make you stand in the rain to catch a shuttle.
3:30 AM can start bag check in process & 4:00 AM when TSA opens
What a bizarre airport. Arrive on time but have to sit on the runway for half an hour as no gates available. Then no signs to tell you what baggage claim to use!
