Matt was super unhelpful. To the point of being obnoxious. I asked for a quote for a home which one week later I’m still waiting on... it was a family home with the death in the family and I want to make sure the policy would stay in effect, even though my name was not on the Insured home policy. I called another State farm office. I’m switching my policy over there. And FYI I’ll be having more policies since I’m moving down there. I have been their customer for years and the last experience i had with that office was the last straw that broke the camel’s back. Including the owner of that business, they hung up on the phone many times, they refused that i made payment although i had the documents, rudeness…..(one exception Matt)i regretted the day i started with them 17 years ago. Today i will start with a new company.
