Big, deep, cool - pool. Nothing beats a humongous swimming pool for fun. I swim for 1.5 hours sidestroke chatting with Sarah and Jeanne Marie. Good conversation. Good exercise. Life is good! Nuff said! 👙 I've hurt my rotator cuff since my last post so I'm recovering. Free style swimming is great recovery PT. I'm starting to use swim fins. They make my pool exercise more fun. A little outdated but an excellent pool to stay in shape. Very quiet so I was able to concentrate on my stroke without having to worry about others in my lane
