I've used George & Associates a few times to serve notices. However this past tenant needed an actual eviction. Ed was great and walked me through the process explaining everything to the best of his ability. He is always responsive in a timely manner for both phone calls and emails. If a friend needed a constable service I would most certainly recommend them here!
