Called over the phone and he refused to do a simple job of cutting some angled ends into 2x8 boards and screwing them together for a ramp. Recommended I go to autozone instead and buy a ramp. I told him that those are too steep, and he said a wooden ramp won't work then - despite the fact I custom measured these to be less steep than the pre-made ramps. Guess they don't want business. At least they picked up quickly.
