Friendly staff and doctor explains all Procedures. Could do better when appt made have to wait for the Doctor .
Very bad
Very good Dr will try different procedures to try and help you and when he feels he has tried everything will send you to someone else .
Staff wanted all my personal information, this included a list of all medications in the last 3 years, why I had each one of them, all medical problems, what had been tried in the past etc.... They already had a copy of my, (OARRS)The Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System, who the doctors were that prescribed the medicine. I was told at the beginning of the phone call, I am not their patient! and They will let me know at a later time if I will become their patient.
