Back on March 17th 2025, I had medical emergency that brought me to the emergency department of Catawba Valley Medical Center. I believe it was a God sent that Dr. Alyateem was the surgeon that was on call. My wife and I love this man, he is amazing surgeon but he is also an amazing person. He genuinely cares about you and what is best for your health. He takes the time to talk with you about everything, the process and procedure. Dr. Alyateem was so nice and seemed to really care about me as a patient. He was also very knowledgeable and patient when it came to answering questions and tried to put me at ease.
