I had surgery for a polyp removal before covid and I was forgotten in the hallway, he laughs at the conversation about getting an iud when I consistently said I do not want an iud nor should I need one for a polyp removal. I was never followed up after the procedure and now being told there may have been miscommunication errors because of covid and now I am waiting to be seen by a gynecologist. If I need surgery I will not be having this doctor. Stop trying to force iud on everyone
I went for my first visit the other day to this office and even though I had a complete brake down (due to the past) and was about to leave, Katie is the ONLY reason I stayed. She was so kind, understanding and the amount of compassion she had for my past I had shared with her. Please keep her at this office.... she needs to be recognized for being an amazing human and thank you for your empathy that day. I appreciate you, and will be back! Drs office's need more women like you who are so understanding.
