Dr. Vaida is a wonderful doctor. Very thoughtful and thorough. He took the time to explain my diagnosis, and the treatment for my condition has been life changing. His staff are amazing. Really grateful for the care!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to recheck on my fish/shellfish allergy as my symptoms are worsening. I told him when I am around the smell of fish, my throat gets tight and it becomes hard to swallow. I used to only experience nausea and vomiting. He told me I have no hard evidence of my throat getting tight since I did not go to the hospital and nobody “looked down my throat”, and that me simply stating my symptoms is subjective. I left crying. Thanks for your help, Dr Vaida. Would NOT recommend at all.
I can tell you that I read all the bad reviews on this Dr. Vaida and still went in with an open mind. His receptionist was lovely and the nurse was sweet and kind as well. But be warned, the bad reviews are for a reason. I went in to see him after two months of angioedema and hives. Told him my face was swollen at that time and he never even asked me to take my mask down to show him. He then recommended multiple OTC antihistamines and I told him I had been taking them for two months and he told me I had no proof. He is unkin... read more
