I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive and unprofessional treatment I received from the front desk staff at George Sarris's office. As a Registered Nurse and a cash-paid patient, I expected compassion, professionalism, and basic respect—not judgment, assumptions, or unsolicited individual opinions.
