I wish I could leave 0 star I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I arrived at 1:28 PM for my 1:20 appointment and waited in the lobby for about 7–10 minutes while there were only two people ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, the receptionists were just sitting there doing something on the computer before even acknowledging me.
