It was fantastic Dr Poulos was Professional Friendly and competent he fixed me up fast I felt great when I left Thanks Doc your the man
A very good comfortable experience all around. I look forward to getting evaluated for hearing aids. And I won't be such a stranger anymore. I'll get checked out yearly as opposed to once every six or so years. Look forward to seeing them very professional and considerate
Dr Poulos and staff are both competent and friendly- so nice to see in this day and age !
Their Referral Policy is not explained when calling for an appointment, and it's a confusing process making so much more work for everyone. The intake Receptionists are helpful, but the Sign Out Receptionist is annoyed if you ask any questions.
