I had a very good experience. My vitals were checked. Dr Nelson ask me questions for the information he needed from me, gave me a detailed description of the procedure he was going to perform on me. He then proceeded to check for understanding from me. He ask did I have any questions, that he answered immediately. I was nervous but Dr Nelson along with Heather Young put me right at ease. Thank you.
The doctors are all in sync with one another. They dont guess whatsvin your file , they actially read it and review it with you. They discuss treatment plans & any adjustments needed. They take their time with you & don't rush. I'd recommend them to anyone needing gastric attention.
Dr Nelson is kind , professional , & thorough. My granddaughter has down syndrome & she liked Dr Nelson very much.
