Here is my experience, I emailed them paperwork needed for my employer for my leave , I got a call from his “manager” stating that would only be getting 6-8 weeks on the paperwork of leave . When I questioned it - I had never heard that before usually it’s up to 12 . She went into all sorts of defenses. She said it how he’s done it since the 70s , that I wouldn’t get paid , that I wasn’t having complications.
