Not accepting new patients, even though it shows as he is. It's been like that for months, they should change that instead of lying to people. I called and was informed of this last October. My provider showed he was now accepting new patients. So I scheduled an appointment, just to have them cancel it. It seems like they only have it as accepting new patients to funnel you to the new doctor that has no patients. Sure feels like a scam. Heartbroken. After making a few phone calls I found that he had never sent a prescription or done a pre authorization for me to get a continuous glucose monitor that we spoke about every time i saw him. After over 2 years of me asking and him saying he would call it in. He finally did this past August but never followed thru with the pre authorization process, it was just ignored.
