No idea how to load their own equipment. No idea what the pieces weigh. “They do that up in the office”… well, maybe tell the guy loading the truck?? Dropped a head on the back of my trailer because they were using a hook that didn’t fit instead of a shackle, then had the audacity to cry to the broker because I was rude. I didn’t even try to go after them for the damage to the trailer! Childish.
