They had really great customer service and we're very helpful and knowledgeable when I was picking out my phone. The person that helped me was a tall guy and I think his name was dane. He was very helpful.
When inquiring about a new secondary Cell Phone the manager was quick to tell me about his "Samsung Galaxy S3" (apparently not realizing I can tell it was a Samsung SkyRocket) and how it beat the iPhone in every way. I mentioned I would probably wait until the iPhone 5's release in October before making a judgement call. He then informed me that HE personally was in a conference call with APPLE and was told the iPhone 5 wouldn't be released until next year and that I should just buy an Android.
