Do not see Radzfel. Absolute waste of your time. Extremely dismissive and lazy. I think the worst part is that you can hear his conversations with the nurse/student doctor, where he completely disregards and berates your concerns. Do not expect even basic healthcare from him. You would have your time better spent on a 8-month wait list.
For a medical clinic, they don’t accept new patients even for walk-ins. It’s sad as a clinic to turn their backs away from patients. I wonder if this is their policy or is it just the personal policy of the receptionist. Not even a slight trace of empathy from her.
The doctors I met today are really good. Very attentive and knowledgeable. However the receptionist who checked us in is rude. She ripped my daughters envelope containing her AHC without asking my persmission. (I have been to a lot of clinics but nobody did it the way she did.) So unprofessional!! Her facial expression says it all.
My family and myself have been with this clinic for 36+ years. All of the doctors are skilled and outstanding, and give their utmost effort and best care. Their receptionist Lisa is always willing to assist and I feel very fortunate to have her as part of their team also. Thank you!
