My apartment used geokey and the support team straight up doesn’t do anything besides refer you to the office. Also the lock system messes up almost every other week and their app is always going down having an outage and either they don’t care or they don’t know how to fix their own technology
Worst company ever and their locks r shit and lock me out of my house
Customer service is always quick to respond! Very easy to work with, and nothing but great things to say about using the app!
The transition to GeoKey at Bradford Chase Apartment homes has been flawless. The residents love it because it’s easy to use and on their phone that they already carry everywhere. The few that don’t have a smart phone get a code. Our staff loves it because we no longer have to deal with keys, key pads and key cards that are a continuous expense and security risk when lost or shared.
