Edit: New day, same issues. Geokey support was no help. The person I spoke to actually told me, "Maybe just restart your phone whenever you get ready to use the app."😐 That's not a solution. Then, my service request was closed and labeled as "Resolved." We upgraded our apartment complex to GeoKey locks and thermostats and the change has been great! We can monitor every apts temp during freezing nights (to make sure pipes don't freeze) and our amenities are more secure, without having to manage hundreds of passes or keys.
Geokey and David Warneke have been FABULOUS to work with! Highly responsive, excellent at problem solving, great at training, and just delightful to work with! 10/10 recommend! Thanks, Team Geokey!
This system is horrible! My apartment complex switched to this system several months ago and it's been nonstop problems. It's often offline, which means I'm not able to access areas it controls. Also, I have to restart my phone at least four times a day to reset the app because it's not responding, even on a newer model phone w/ full internet connection and the most updated version of the app. The apartment property management doesn't even use the system that THEY put into place.
