Did a great job at our indoor golf facility in Tennessee!
GeoKey has been a great partner to work with. Their team (especially David) is incredibly helpful and always very responsive whenever questions or issues come up. Support is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to follow through, which makes a big difference in day-to-day use. Highly recommend GeoKey for both the product and the people behind it.
If i could give less than one star i would. there have been multiple occasions where i am unable to enter MY apartment due to this awful lock. they put in the lock and not long after the battery died. there was no warning on the app or anywhere that the battery was low, it simply wouldn’t let us open the door. we finally got the battery fixed but now it’s not more than a few months later and the battery is dead again. i would much rather a lock and key opposed to this digital lock that most of the time doesn’t work.
GeoKey has been a great partner for our communities (Origin and Sonita). The system is user-friendly and dependable, and their support team has consistently been quick and helpful anytime we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Highly recommend.
My apartment used geokey and the support team straight up doesn’t do anything besides refer you to the office. Also the lock system messes up almost every other week and their app is always going down having an outage and either they don’t care or they don’t know how to fix their own technology
