We stayed at Abbey and our stay was most relaxing ,all amenities are as described, very secure close to the beach very private and also caters for indoor activities be it for the kids or adults would highly recommend especially for large families as there is plenty of room for everyone to stay together comfortably, very clean and tidy

The house was beautiful, much more modern than expected! The surroundings are so peaceful and the river is great. Lots of space for the dog. We had a great few day away.

Booked a place that was pet friendly.only to receive the terms after I payed which said no pets inside and also wanted a $200 bond.my pet can't stay outside so I tried to cancel.but they wanted all the money for a cancelation which was $988.had to book another place in a hurry.then they turned tail and said I could have pets inside.by then it was to late.I then got a phone call from them.And when I tried to explain.The staff member raised her voice and keep insisting I was wrong even though I had the email from them.Disgusti... read more

I stayed at a property from these people in Busselton. The property was fine. However, I left a diary in the property and was told to pay $30 for postage and send my address. I did. I have now called them 4 times and every time end up with someone in the Phillipines (a different person every time) who says they will speak to "the lost and found team" and come back to me. No contact at all. Not from one of them. The lack of communication is an appalling stain on what is otherwise a decent business. The diary is important and ... read more
