They sold me a faulty car that I have returned, then tried every unlawful tactic to avoid accountability: offering a “without prejudice” deal, pushing a waiver to strip my consumer rights, stalling statics, and to this day still withholding my refund — all of which go directly against Australian Consumer Law.
