Took my elderly friend to Urgent Care. She saw Dr Dunn. We were super impressed. He is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Dr. Dunn is hands down one of the most compassionate providers. My family saw him on two separate occasions, years apart and he made my children feel comfortable and at ease. He is thorough, answered my many questions and was clear with his actions plans. Anyone who is lucky enough to be his patient will feel his warmth. Phenomenal bedside manner.
While fishing, I managed to drive a barbed hook deep into my thumb, in an area filled with nerves. I'm so glad that Dr. Dunn was on duty at Kaiser's urgent care center. Getting the hook out with doing further damage to my thumb wasn't easy, but he did it without subjecting me to any pain -- none whatsoever. Seriously, his tried and true hook removal method was entirely painless. I'm thankful for all the good doctors at Kaiser, of which there are many, but I'm especially grateful that Dr. Dunn was on duty when I needed help. ... read more
