I REALLY appreciate having the convenience of being able to do testing at OSU New Albany, having the backup capabilities of OSU and the James. I've had three rounds of annual testing at New Albany, and every time they have been warm, professional, and efficient .... They are quick without rushing, and genuinely personal, not fakey polite. Good people.
