The James has the best staff that I have ever experienced. I never feel like a stranger. They do everything possible to make you comfortable and explain everything they are going to do. They ask questions and listen to everything you have to say. Met another patient there yesterday, he drove 5 hours from Michigan to be there. I think that says it all. Dr Box is the best I have ever had. See you again soon.
