Dr. Lloyd was very patient and thorough. Spent as much time as needed to answer all my questions. I'm pleased to have him as my primary care physician.
I began seeing Dr. Lloyd in May, 2022, having moved from another county. I got him by accident, since the doctor I picked from the list was booked for a longer time. Wow! I feel blessed to have "accidentally" gotten Dr. Lloyd. He's so knowledgable, communicative, caring and I feel completely "safe" and like I am in good hands. I was out of town when I got symptoms of a UTI and knew I needed an antibiotic. I get them once or twice a year. My previous doctor understood and prescribed over the phone after asking me about symptoms. He has since left facey and I haven’t seen my new doctor yet. I called dr Lloyd’s office and explained my symptoms and that I was in big bear where covid precautions aren’t being taken. I’m 66 and didn’t want to go to urgent care there. Dr Lloyd was very patient with me as I navigated my way through a “virtual” visit. He sent medication prescriptions to my pharmacy during our visit so that I could start taking them ASAP. He was knowledgeable and helpful when I asked questions.
