Dr. Westrich performed a total hip replacement for me a year ago. Choosing him as my surgeon was the best decision I could have made. I had previously consulted with a couple of local surgeons, but didn't feel quite comfortable, and so I traveled 5 hours to HSS to see Dr. Westrich. Dr Westrich has THE RUDEST STAFF! The HSS website paired me with this doctor and gave me his schedule to book an appointment after providing my personal data, including insurance information. I then needed to change the appointment and upon calling the clinic, encountered the rudest secretary who crassly informed me that the computer made a mistake and she was canceling my appointment bc the Dr doesn't take Medicare when ppl have medicaid as their secondary. I've been calling for the past week on behalf of my father, I spoke to Lauren she claimed to be the doctors secretary. She's so unprofessional and has this I don't care attitude it a turn off.
