I had the worst experience in my life dealing with Dr. Westrich nurse practitioner. She made incorrect assumptions, with no listening skills, creating false statements, and arrogant. I liked Dr. Westrich, but very important issues pushed off to their rheumatologist were not addressed at all properly. Surgery day would have been a nightmare. This is no reflection on Dr. Westrich. I believe he is a competent and skilled surgeon.
Dr.Westrich and his staff are very knowledgeable , helpful and never refuse to help patients, not sure what David is speaking of, but his staff is pretty long-term, they know the process and would never leave a patient hanging, I know I needed help and they offered options and I can say that if there is continued pain patients are asked to come in, and his PA is really sweet and helpful, Kudos to this team and to HSS.

Dr. Westrich is AWESOME, so knowledgable and thorough. He LISTENS and so focused, explained in details so clearly for me to easily understand as I’m hearing impaired. He is TOP NOTCH! I am SO EXCITED That he will be doing a total Hip Replacement for me. I KNOW IT WILL BE A HUGE SUCCESS! This surgeon covers ALL the Bases. When I need knee revisions, he is the ONLY DR. I’d trust!
